Why Neighbors Choose Us

Why Your Neighbors Call AT Consulting

People do not call us because we are the largest technology company. They call because they want someone local who answers the phone, explains things clearly, arrives when expected, and treats their home and technology with respect.

Sometimes the fix takes a few minutes. Sometimes replacement makes more sense. We will tell you honestly which one applies.

Who You Are Calling

Local Help From Someone Who Actually Picks Up

When you call or text, you are reaching Anthony and the local AT Consulting team, not a national call center or outsourced support desk. The same team will help diagnose the issue, explain your options, complete the work, and follow up afterward.

Help We Offer

Common Reasons People Call

We help students, families, professionals, retirees, churches, nonprofits, home offices, and small local businesses.

No Problem Is Too Small

If a technology problem feels too small or embarrassing to call about, it probably is not. We regularly help with forgotten passwords, confusing error messages, printers that suddenly stop working, and computers that simply feel “off.” You do not need to diagnose the problem before calling or texting. Explaining what you are seeing in your own words is enough.

Service Area

Serving Portland and the Surrounding Communities

We regularly provide technology support throughout Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Cedar Mill, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, and nearby communities. If you are unsure whether you are in range, call or text and ask.

What to Expect

What to Expect When You Contact Us

Straightforward Pricing

No Surprise Bill

Labor is billed at $125 per hour. Before starting, we will explain what we believe the problem is, what the likely solution involves, and roughly how long the work should take. If additional work, hardware, software, or travel charges are needed, we will discuss them before proceeding.

We will not recommend replacing a computer or buying software unless we believe it is reasonably necessary.

Honest Advice

Honest Advice, Even When the Answer Is No

If a computer is not worth repairing, we will tell you. If the current equipment can be fixed, we will not push replacement. If the issue requires a specialist outside our scope, we will say so clearly.
