We’re a local team based right here in Portland, run by Anthony and built around one idea: fix the problem, explain it clearly, and treat people the way you’d treat your own neighbors. When you call, you’re talking to someone who knows what they’re doing, not a call center reading from a script.
If a friend, a neighbor, or someone from church sent you our way, it’s probably because we showed up, took the time to explain things in a way that made sense, and left them better off than when we arrived. That’s the whole approach, really.
If it feels too small or too embarrassing to call about, it probably isn’t. We get calls about forgotten passwords, mysterious error messages, and a computer that just “feels off” just as often as anything else. You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you call. That part is our job.
We regularly visit homes throughout Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and the surrounding communities. If you’re nearby and not sure whether you’re in range, just call and ask.

It’s a flat $125 an hour, and we’ll tell you roughly how long something should take before we start. If a job runs shorter than expected, you pay for the shorter time. We’re not going to talk you into a new computer if yours can be fixed, and we’re not going to sell you software you don’t need.
